Healthy Lunch Ideas for toddlers

Assalamalikum,

My 3 year old started Montessori this past week and I'm very excited for him. He has been going to a daycare for the past one year since I started working. But he needed to be potty trained and accustomed to being a little independent to be able to start going to Montessori. Alhamdulillah he's been potty trained for about 4 months now. Although, he wears a diaper during nap time and bed time.He can also feed himself using a spoon and drink from a regular glass, all on his own.

Alhamdulillah so far he seems to enjoy going to school. He is still adjusting to his new routine of having to get up early, around 7 AM. He needs to get to school before 8:30 AM so that's a bit of a challenge presently. Other than that, the bigger challenge that I face is packing school lunches for him. Its a challenge to prepare lunch that is healthy, filling as well as pleasing to my picky eater's palate. Since this was our first weekend since starting school and luckily its a long weekend too, I'm starting to research and prep ahead of time to make lunch a happy and filling affair for him at school.

Here's a list of healthy lunch/breakfast options that can be prepared ahead of time :
