Sick baby on hands

My 8 mo has a viral throat infection and a fever that keeps coming back so he 's taking baby advil every 6 hours.He picked it up at his baby sitter's where another baby had a bacterial throat infection.So baby D has been having troubled nights where he gets up every 2 hours crying and refusing to go back to sleep.He's so irritable he cries at almost anything.He has a fever of 102F and a red, sore throat that made it painful for him to swallow.He is generally a healthy baby and has never fallen ill so bad.He refuses to take the bottle and I have to force him to feed from his bottle to avoid dehydration.

My poor hubby wasn't able to sleep much at night too and went in very late to work today.He woke up at 7, took a shower and was about to get dressed to work.I have no clue as to what happened then.When me and my baby woke up at 10:00 AM, DH was fast asleep on the couch.Poor guy.

Daani has always been a good sleeper at night.People would ask us since he was a month old if we were able to get a good night's sleep.I found it funny because he was a good sleeper at night and we never had any problems.I now know what they meant.
