Weight loss issues

Its still cold in NJ.There is a sun shining outside but accompanied with cold winds.At nights and early mornings, the weather gets extremely cold and if we do get out of the house, we need to do so in winterwear.I'm waiting badly for summer.I want to go out in the sun, feel the warmth on my face, take my baby to the play area close to my apartment so we both can enjoy the outdoors.

I'm also badly trying to lose my post baby weight.I've started working out at the gym.I basically do circuit training which includes brisk walking/jogging on the treadmill for 30 or 50 mins followed by a 30 min session of pushups, situps and squats.I try to do the treadmill for at least 30 mins and I mostly brisk walk.I still do not have the stamina to jog.I feel its gonna be a long journey of weightloss for me given the rate at which I walk/jog on the treadmill.

I look at some women who have delivered babies a few months back and are back to having wonderful bodies.How did they do that ?

Good luck to all the people out there who are trying to lose weight/tone down.
